Lionel's motorcycle birthday favors

Many birthdays happened last February. Kanaya's, my hubby's, our anniversary, and Lionel's.

Lionel is my dear friend Maria's son, who turned 4 last February. He's so crazy about motorcycle so it became the theme. So I did this for Maria:

Paper bag, coloring book and crayons. Ordered the paper bag from meihuazone (plain orange), and filled plastic with Maped crayons. I did some last minute printables for the paper bag stickers, coloring books and crayon labels.

Maria also ordered cupcakes (from our friend Lili) & chocolate lolly (from Maria's friend) with my printables on it.

So, here is the complete set:

Joel Dewberry fabric wishlist

Recently, I got 2 sides my bedroom painted in olive color, and it made me obsessed with Joel Dewberry's Aviary 2 collection in Granite.

I thought the yellow will glow in the room & the black will suit the black tile on my bedroom floor.

These are the patterns that I love the most:

Haven't got them all, but I managed to bought the Sparrows in Vintage Yellow from zeetzeet @ etsy. It was her last 2 yards.

I'm saving money now, to buy the rest... :)

Trellis fever

Lately I've been looking for trellis pattern fabric for my home. I found the trellis patterns have traditional value yet look very modern. We can found it in Islam art, Chinese art, and others, but can elegantly decorate a modern space.

These are some examples:

Schumacher Imperial Trellis

Michael Miller Garden Trellis

Robert Kaufman Metro Living

Joel Dewberry Lodge Lattice in Bark
Joel Dewberry Lodge Lattice in Vintage Yellow
Joel Dewberry Modern Meadow
Robert Kaufman Celadon Fret.jpg
M. Miller - Paula Prass Mod Lattice in Seafoam
M. Miller - Paula Prass Mod Lattice in Pastille

And I got those last two!!

I bought them from zeetzeet @ etsy. The trellis/ lattice pattern is so amazing. You can see a bit of Chinese & a bit of French there. You can check out the whole collection by the designer (Paula Prass for Michael Miller) here.

Amy Butler fabric

Finally I own some Amy Butler fabric. This already came weeks ago from my purchase from Tin Thimble's Etsy shop.

The one the left is Daisy Bouquet in turquoise from Daisy Chain Collection. On the right is Bliss Bouquet from LOVE Collection. They look way better IRL... :)
